Your role will involve:Incident management - Incident logging, triage and assignment on required toolsets. Manage the Incident to resolution. Keep the incident record updated in accordance with agreed WI. Escalate where necessary.Problem management - Perform detailed and extensive investigations on any ongoing Problem Records. Collate data from various sources and provide expert analysis. Monitor, investigate and fix any problems with the Nexor X500 DSA. Monitor, investigate and fix any problems with the Exchange 2003 Messaging system.
