Reeson Education is looking for a caring and proactive Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support nurseries and early years settings across the borough of Enfield, North London, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, Southgate and Enfield Town.

The Role:

Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Pay: -14.2516.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment

Location: Enfield, North London

Start date: ASAP

Setting: Nurseries and EYFS settings

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you''ll work alongside the early years team to give children consistent care and engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

Support play-based activities in line with the EYFS.

Encourage children''s communication, personal and social development.

Help with care routines, observations and preparing activities.

Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.

What We''re Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.

Experience in a nursery, preschool or school EYFS setting.

A warm, dependable approach and an understanding of safeguarding.

An enhanced DBS, or willingness to apply for one.
