The successful candidate will be responsible for management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, payroll oversight and business partnering with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. The ideal applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven finance management experience, strong analytical and commercial skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building effective relationships across the business.
