What you''ll do Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions and time zones, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Partner with Global HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead global university recruitment initiatives, including campus engagement, internship and early-career programmes, and diverse early talent pipelines. Represent the organisation at career fairs, campus events, and university partnership activities, both virtually and in person as required. Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future-focused roles. Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent communities.
