Sales Executive

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join our expanding team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, primarily within the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking

Conduct discovery calls and product demos with agency decision-makers (Founders, Directors, Heads of Ops)

Tailor pitches and proposals that solve specific pain points using AIAURA's feature set

Manage and close deals through the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive ideally within recruitment sectors or Tech

A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to listen, adapt, and solve

Self-motivated and proactive able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
