Site Manager

Site Manager required for high spec houses and apartments in the Richmond area

Reporting to the Project Manager the successful applicant will join the team out on site ensuring deadlines are met whilst not compromising the high quality finish of these properties.

Concentrating on the internals, we are looking for Site Managers who have previously delivered high end apartments and houses on scale (not one off properties).

This is a temp position that should run to the end of the year at least, with opportunities to move on to other projects for the right candidate.

Applicants must have up to date certification, Black CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
