You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols and high-spec safety standards.Responsibilities:Managing various trades and subcontractors.Ensuring all works meet the client''s standards.Managing site access and maintaining site confidentiality.Maintaining a safety record, conducting RAMS reviews, and daily toolbox talks.Required:Valid Security ClearanceValid Tickets SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold Card, First Aid at Work.Proven track record on MoD, RAF, or high-security government projects.
