Credit Control Administrator (12 month FTC) Location: Watford (Hybrid Working - 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote) Salary: £31,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Reporting To: Accounts Receivable Manager We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Administrator to join our Finance team based in Watford. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home three days per week and collaborating with colleagues in the office two days per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing aged debt, resolving account queries, and supporting the wider finance function. Strong experience using NetSuite ERP is desirable not essential, alongside excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and collect outstanding customer debts. Contact customers via phone and email to secure timely payment of invoices. Maintain accurate customer account records within NetSuite. Monitor aged debt and take appropriate action to minimise overdue balances. Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and account queries. Produce aged debt reports and provide regular updates to management. Escalate problematic accounts where necessary.
