Manage and resolve critical incidents and issues, working closely with in-plant customers, other in-plant IT teams, global IT, and suppliers. Support the implementation of infrastructure and application projects, ensuring robust delivery and smooth adoption. Follow best-in-class IT processes, tools, methodologies, and standards, including audit requirements as set out in the Master Audit Schedule.
