This is a great chance to work on a flagship scheme and gain exposure within a dynamic and growing contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the commercial aspects of a 6m fit-out project from pre-construction through to final accountAssisting with or leading procurement of subcontract packagesPreparing and managing budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecastsValuations, variations, and cost reportingLiaising with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are metSupporting the delivery of projects on time and within budgetIdentifying and managing commercial risks and opportunitiesRequirementsExperience working as an Assistant QS or QS within the fitout marketPrevious experience on fit-out or refurbishment projects is highly desirableStrong understanding of commercial processes and contract administrationAbility to work ..... full job details .....
