This is a great opportunity to work with high end produce and learn new dishes. This role will be based on Larder but will cover pastry and sauce on some days if needed.The role: As a senior Chef de Partie you will prepare your dishes and ensure your fridge is ready for service. In service you will cook a range of dishes on your section, ensuring they arrive at the pass on time and in coordination with the other sections. You will present your dishes to a Rosette/Award winning level.
