What You’ll Do:

• Support pupils’ learning, confidence, and wellbeing across a range of ages and abilities
• Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
• Help create safe and positive classroom environments
• For HLTAs: confidently lead lessons and support learning independently

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience as a TA or HLTA in a UK school (or relevant childcare/education experience)
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
