Social Media & Content Executive

Role DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual, who is passionate about food and health and who wants hand-on experience in a leading Superfood Brand. As we scale, we’re looking for a creative storyteller to amplify our brand and engage health-conscious communities across digital channels. Based in central London and reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be able to take the lead on managing and developing our social media presence. This is a 6 months contract initially, with the possibility to turn full-time based on performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Create high-quality, on-brand content: photography, short-form video, graphics, and written captions
Manage content calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely publication
Monitor and engage with community comments and direct messages to build brand loyalty
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and produce regular analytics reports
Stay current on social trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
Collaborate with influencers, and external agencies as needed
Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other digital assets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and content creation, ideally from a consumer brand
Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and copywriting skills
Expertise in social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Google Analytics)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or equivalent tools

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexible and able to work towards tight deadlines
Strong awareness of consumer trends and genuine interest in Food and Health
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for wellness, superfoods, and sustainable living
