Working 3 rotating shifts Mon-Friday you will be part of a friendly and experienced team of 5 engineers and report directly into the Engineering and Facilities Manager. As part of this team you will act as a key technical contact during shift, supporting production operations and driving improvements in equipment performance and reliability.You will work closely with both engineering and production teams, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing technical capability across the workforce. The position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Provide reactive maintenance support to production operations to minimise downtime. Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Carry out planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance activities. Support production teams in maintaining product safety and compliance with quality standards.
