What''s on offer: 500 p/d (outside IR35)12-month contract (Starting ASAP) ResponsibilitiesOversee contract administration and procurement activities across MandE and building services packagesTrack project expenditure and provide robust cost reporting, forecasting, and financial managementLead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure optimal commercial outcomes and value for moneyAssist in the preparation of final accounts and the resolution of contractual disputes and claimsLeverage BIM and 3D modelling tools to improve precision and productivity in quantity take-off exercises QualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related field5-10 years'' hands-on experience in MandE and building services quantity surveyingIn-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services systems and installationsProven experience working within the IChemE suite of contractsStrong grasp of construction contract law and procurement strategies and methodologiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilitiesExperience in the Power Generation sector is advantageous, as is a background in Chemicals, Oil and ..... full job details .....
