Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and trades effectively.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, RAMS, site rules and project requirements.
• Promote and maintain a strong Health & Safety culture on site.
• Monitor progress, quality, programme and site standards.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, client and subcontractors to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Previous MOD experience is highly desirable.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager/Site Manager.
• SMSTS Black Card – essential.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Previous MOD experience – highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive and safety-focused.
