Our client, a leading Financial Advisory business is seeking to hire a Director level candidate for a specialised Advisory role focussed on clients across the Power and Utilities sector.The role will focus on provision of Debt Advisory work encompassing capital structure and ratings advisory as well as Project and Corporate Finance modelling to support clients across Capital raising, refinancing, and Structured Finance transactions.Ideal candidates should have prior experience working in a Bank or Advisory firm with a profound understanding of the Utilities and Power sector.
