This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced environment, where your expertise will contribute directly to the company s reputation for excellence.This role is working on the triple shift pattern (Mon - Fri 6am - 2pm, Mon - Fri 2pm - 10pm, Sun - Thurs 10pm - 6am). The RoleSet up and run the printing machine, ensuring it operates efficiently.Examine printed sheets and adjust the press settings as required.Ensure production runs smoothly and meet KPI and quality targets.Manage crew effectively and ensure all shift duties are completed as a team.Maintain the printing machines and the work area to the highest standards.Cover the No.1 Printer role during periods of absence.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback for process optimisation.
