This is a varied role involving hands-on work, site visits, and attendance to call-outs. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager and site foreman to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and check deliveries of materials, passing delivery notes to the site foremanPerform reactive and planned maintenance on all electrical equipment listed on the client''s asset registerComplete worksheets accurately and submit to Head Office on a weekly basisIdentify and report on the condition of plant and equipment, including Life Expired Asset reportsComplete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in line with client specificationsCompile lists of remedial works identified during PPM visitsAssist the Contracts Manager with costing remedial worksOrder job materials and submit associated paperwork to Head Office weeklyAttend training and Health and Safety courses as directedReport accidents immediately to the designated First Aider and ..... full job details .....
