Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to join a specialist provision in Poole, working across two school sites supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will assess pupils'' communication needs, design and implement therapy programmes, and work closely with teachers, therapy assistants and senior leaders to ensure pupils receive the support outlined in their EHCPs.
