You will have a strong background in elderly care, be quality-driven, commercially aware and passionate about delivering an outstanding service to our customers. Senior leadership experience in managing a residential care setting (minimum of 2 years working as a residential care manager).The ability to build on an already successful service with an excellent reputation and move on to the next level.Hold relevant qualifications in health/social care.
