The Role - Year 1 Teacher

As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping pupils'' early educational experiences, building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and personal development. What We''re Looking For in a Year 1 Teacher

• A passionate and motivated Year 1 Teacher with QTS
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons, including for pupils with SEND
• High expectations for pupil progress, behaviour, and achievement
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
• A reflective and adaptable teaching style

• Plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons as a Year 1 Teacher
• Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team
