About Us20.20 is a home for culturally-curious minds – an agency for people who want to set the bar in brand experience - providing expert counsel for progressive clients.You will take a key position in our business predominantly managing your own accounts and projects at a senior level, working closely with the creative and strategy teams.Whilst this is not a new business role, we would love you to bring your enthusiasm and expertise to input into proposals and help the management team shape new business pitches.This is a relationship and commercially focused role responsible for organic client development and new client growth.Your RoleYour role will be to develop effective strategic partnerships, delivering successful projects and long-term growth for the client business and for 20.20.Aligning to 20.20 values, you will build trust with our clients through integrity, honesty, and making genuine human connections.Nurture existing client relationships and ensure projects are delivered to excellent standards, on time, on budgetUnderstand client sector, brand and business objectivesBe the champion of your clients’ business within the 20.20 to ensure their objectives are deliveredPrepare, present and negotiate client estimates, proposals and tendersFinancial management of accounts including 3rd party negotiations and bought-in-cost estimates, expenses and invoicingLead the internal project teams alongside Creative / Strategic / Business Director leadsDaily project management from brief to team planning, execution and deliveryNurture growth by identifying new opportunities within the client’s project team and potential new clients within their businessSupport the new business team in winning new clients through proposal writing, cost estimates, leading pitches and attending new business meetings when neededWork with Managing Director on driving the commercials – budgeting, forecasting, commercial management

Salary Expectations:£55,000 to £65,000based on experienceOur dream candidate would be someone with:Relevant sector experience particularly in hospitality, sport and entertainment venues, and retail experiences. You should have a good knowledge of working in the brand/experience spaceExperience in both interior and brand design processesAn understanding of strategy, specifically translating strategic drivers into creative executionsStrength and attention to detail in daily project management tasks, from planning, resourcing, shaping content and leading teamsCommercial astuteness with clear examples of winning, retaining and building client loyalty and delivering business revenue growthAbility to deliver exceptional client serviceExperience working with C-Suite / Senior Management client levels, as well as implementation partnersStrong communication skills, written and verbal, and success leading, retaining and growing accountsA pro-active approach, with the prefect balance of being autonomous and an integrated team playerA genuine passion for the design process and an understanding and desire for quality output, alwaysEmotional intelligence and empathy – toward our clients and our teamExperience in digital is a bonus20.20 are a team who don’t enjoy big egos, or personal agendas.
