Their software supports both machine builders who sell parts and the end customers who buy them, and their global customer base includes major names in food manufacturing and automotive engineering. This is a niche, specialist market rather than a broad volume sell, with a proven product, verified ROI and enterprise customers already on board. This is a hybrid growth and customer success role, split roughly 75% new business and account growth, 25% customer success. You''ll work with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and marketing content, using AI tools to help scale this efficiently, before moving into generating, qualifying and closing new business with industrial and manufacturing prospects. You''ll also look after existing accounts, driving adoption, renewals and expansion, and running value reviews that clearly demonstrate ROI. Buyers in this space are subject matter experts, so a genuine understanding of parts, maintenance or asset management is important, alongside a solid grasp of SaaS, API integrations and product portfolios.
