As the Machine Shop Supervisor you must have experience operating CNC Machines, excellent quality standards and the ability to manage a small team. Our client offer a very competitive package and the chance to grow in a very robust industry.Key Responsibilities:• Review and validate CNC programs, tooling, and setup sheets for 3- and 5-axis machines.• Perform first-article inspections and support in-process inspections to maintain product integrity.• Monitor and improve team performance through training, coaching, and performance evaluations.• Ensure all shop floor documentation, logs, and maintenance records are accurately maintained.• Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists, programmers, and setup operators in a high-precision, multi-axis machining environment.• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues, improve processes, and ensure product conformity.• Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Qualifications:• Strong knowledge CNC programming, and machining best practices.• Familiarity with ERP systems• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC ..... full job details .....
