The successful candidate will manage a diverse and high quality employment caseload including drafting employment contracts and policies, advising on settlement agreements, providing corporate support and representing clients in Employment Tribunal matters such as unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. The role also involves supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, contributing to their ongoing development. You will be joining a friendly, supportive and collaborative team that provides comprehensive employment and HR advice to both employers and employees. THE CANDIDATE:The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years'' PQE demonstrating strong technical expertise across the full range of employment law matters.
