THE ROLE:
You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad range of clients on transactions including, acquisitions and disposals, property development and investment work, Landlord and tenant matters, secured lending transactions and Agricultural and rural property matters.
Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will provide commercially focused advice, build lasting client relationships and contribute to the continued success of an established and well-respected team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors and Legal Executives who are looking to develop their careers within a recognised practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication, client care and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload with an appropriate level of supervision.
• A proactive, organised and client-focused approach.
• The ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively to the wider team.
