Serve as a trusted HR partner to designated business units in both Italy and Germany, as well as partially in the UK and Spain, building strong relationships with managersIndependently manage a variety of HR-related issues and act as a strategic partner to the people managerServe as a sparring partner, providing guidance to people manager on all personnel and labor law matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and assisting in conflict resolutionSupport leaders in navigating key annual HR processes, such as performance evaluations and salary reviewsBuild and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with leadership, offering proactive strategic partnership that contributes to the successful implementation of company objectivesDrive various HR projects and take ownership of the conception, design, and execution of HR initiativesCollaborate with the wider HR team on global HR initiatives and projects, ensuring local legal considerations are appropriately addressedWho you are
A completed degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with more than 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic environmentProfound labor law knowledge in Italian labor law; German, UK and/or Spanish labor law knowledge comes as an advantageSolid knowledge of all relevant HR topics and experience across various HR functionsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levelsDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism, integrity, and responsibility when working with both employees and leadersFlexible and adaptable to the changing demands of a fast-paced work environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenWhat we offer
