Interim ER Partner - 6 month FTC - London Hybrid Interim ER Partner - 6 month FTC - London Hybrid - 60-65k equivalentLeading financial services business. A leading financial services business is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their London-based HR team and play a key role in supporting managers, employees, and HR Business Partners across the business.You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on grievance, disciplinary and conduct matters, including investigations, appeals, and case documentation as well as lead on projects on policy design, internal guidance, and ER training initiatives. You will manage ER data reporting and partner cross-functionally on sensitive requests (e.g., Data Subject Access Requests) as well as contribute to complex ER cases, including Employment Tribunal claims. CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a specialist ER role for a matrix financial services firm where you will have managed a variety of complex ER casework as well as demonstrating your experience of conducting disciplinary, grievances and investigations. It is essential that you have excellent communication, influencing and time management skills and are available to start a new role on short notice.
