Freelance Site Manager (Housing) – Mansfield  

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to lead the onsite team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy housing development within the Mansfield area.

Role Details:

• Position: Freelance Site Manager

• Location: Mansfield

• Start: Monday 10th August

• Duration: 5 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors and site staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress documentation

• Coordinate snagging and handover procedures at project completion
 

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing new build residential developments

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• In date tickets – SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work

• Ability to reliably commute to Mansfield
