Client Commercial Team Manager Location: Quinton, Birmingham (Office-Based) Salary: 45,000- 52,000 per annum Company: Hall and Kay, part of JLL The Role We are currently recruiting for a Client Commercial Team Manager to join Hall and Kay, part of JLL, within its Service Division, based in Quinton, Birmingham. This is a newly created position offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial or contract management professional with a background in Facilities Management (FM). The role will involve managing a team of four, overseeing contract renewals and developing existing client relationships, while proactively identifying opportunities to secure new business and drive commercial growth. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in the retention and expansion of the companys service contract portfolio, covering fire protection and sprinkler systems. Previous experience within fire and sprinkler systems is not essential, as experience in Facilities Management, service contracts and commercial account management will be highly relevant.
