This is a temporary opportunity initially offering the chance to play a key role in resident engagement and customer satisfaction.As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the main point of contact between residents, site teams, and the client, ensuring clear communication and a positive customer journey throughout the works.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary liaison between residents, the Scheme Manager, and the clientBuild strong relationships with residents and address concerns professionallyMonitor, manage, and resolve resident complaints effectivelyWork closely with the Site Project Manager to maintain clear communication on siteCoordinate and deliver social value and community engagement eventsCollate and analyse customer satisfaction surveysSupport conflict resolution and ensure minimal disruption to residentsAbout YouMinimum 2 years'' experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (or similar role)Strong customer service and communication skillsConfident dealing with residents in live environmentsOrganised, proactive, and able to manage sensitive situations professionallyExperience within property services or construction is highly ..... full job details .....
