Tech Connect Group has exclusively partnered with a leading Tier 1 Aerospace manufacturer who is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to join their expanding team in Congleton, Cheshire. An international business is in an exciting period of growth, and this role will support the team''s ongoing expansion.This business operates across a condensed working week, of 7:30 - 5 pm, Monday to Thursday. The successful candidate must own a vehicle and be able to commute to Congleton 3 days a week, with 1 day WFH, post-probation. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role requires an individual who is confident in price negotiations with key stakeholders. Whilst there are no line management responsibilities, this role has potential for future growth. Key Accountabilities: Execute and oversee the implementation of all annual, contractual, and tiered pricing reviews across the business.Identify and deliver tangible commercial initiatives specifically designed to improve gross margins and overall profitability.Lead the commercial preparation for large-scale bids, including data analysis, portal management, and pricing strategy.Monitor and enforce SLAs, penalty clauses, and volume-based rebate structures to protect business interests.Build and evaluate complex scenarios to recommend enhancements to commercial contract terms and forecasting accuracy.Maintain a commercial dashboard to report weekly on bid progress and quarterly on financial benefits.Partner with Procurement to align ..... full job details .....
