Ensure alignment with strategic goals, define measurable benefits, and track value post-implementation. Drive seamless transitions through well-planned business implementation and change handovers.Governance and Reporting: Work in close collaboration with Programme Leads to deliver tailored status updates for stakeholders at all levels.
