The Role: As the Sales and Events Manager at this iconic venue, you will be responsible for the sales and management of all conference and major events. This role requires you to take ownership of sales and coordination across all aspects of events, engaging with internal and external stakeholders. This role is a brand-new role, created with the vision of bringing their events back in house (previously outsourced to an agency) You will have control of the long term plans, in terms of strategy and building the team out from the get go.Developing and implementing effective sales strategies is crucial for growing conferences and events at the stadium. These strategies are designed to attract new clients while also retaining existing ones, ensuring a steady stream of business. By understanding the unique needs of each client and tailoring offerings to meet those needs, we can create compelling reasons for organizations to choose our venue for their events.In addition to attracting new clients, retaining existing ones is equally important.
