Job Overview:

We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to work in our Moulding Department, responsible for producing moulded seat cushions and pillows.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.

- Monitor and control the moulding process to ensure product quality and consistency.

- Load raw materials into moulds, operate machinery, and remove finished products.

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment.

- Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when required.

- Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or moulding environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

- Good physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting, moving, and operating equipment (up to [insert weight]).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Team-oriented with good communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Ability to work in a warm, industrial environment.

Benefits:
