Machine OperatorLocation: SunderlandSalary: £27,000 per annum plus shift allowanceHours: Day and night shiftsBenefits: Overtime is available, 1.5x outside of normal hours, 2x on Sundays and bank holidaysType: PermanentDuties:Contribute to ensuring that factory targets are met with regard to OE, SKU adherence, Wastage minimisation, Quality, Health and Safety and Overhead Cost Control.Ensure that Housekeeping and Hygiene standards are met and maintained within designated line area.Consistently demonstrate a high level of behavioural performance with respect to attitude, contribution and teamwork.Operate equipment in accordance with training standards and best practice complying with Health and Safety rules and regulations and Policies and Procedures.Input into and take ownership of all CWS activity within designated line area.
