I''m currently supporting the search for an Engineering Lead for a FinTech organisation, based in London. They are going through an exciting period of growth with the aim of becoming the ''go-to'' infrastructure provider in the Private Equity industry. They have a clear and well-established roadmap, supported by an existing partnership with one of the largest Private Equity firms, globally. 3 days a week in the office.Responsibilities

You''d be one of five Lead Engineers, reporting directly to the Founders. They are looking for a strategic hands-on leader to join at this early stage of development to help scale their engineering function and play a key role in shaping their technology strategy.Requirements
