We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy support team within a well-established financial services company. You’ll provide 1st line technical support and occasionally 2nd and 3rd line support, for internal teams and partners.The IT Team:
You’ll be part of the Business Technology Services team, which provides technology and change support across governance, technical operations, cyber security and more. The team supports UK and European operations, ensuring technology helps and protects the business.Key Responsibilities:Log, prioritise, and resolve technical issues and requestsDeliver excellent customer service across multiple channelsEscalate and manage major incidents appropriatelySupport change and problem management processesAssist with projects and improve internal tools like Power AppsMaintain accurate documentation and asset recordsParticipate in shift patterns, including some weekend/on-call workWhat You’ll Bring:5+ years’ experience in a busy IT Service Desk or similar support roleStrong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and Office 365Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshservice)Clear, professional communication and strong customer care focusAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentITIL knowledge and experience working to SLAsNice to Have:Experience in the financial services sectorFamiliarity with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys)Knowledge of remote support tools and collaboration platformsExperience with Power Apps and automating service processesRefer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!Unfortunately, due to high numbers of applications, we are only able to respond to shortlisted applicants.
