We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work on both day-to-day and longer-term assignments across Derby. The successful Teaching Assistant will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, provide classroom support to students, and help maintain a focused and positive learning environment throughout the school day.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• At least 6 months experience working within a UK education setting
• Experience supporting students within a secondary school environment
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• The ability to support students across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
• The ability to build positive relationships with both staff and students
