As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment.What You''ll be Doing To undertake a schedule of inspections as directed by the Head of Quality and Compliance To support Managers and staff to understand quality management and implement changes to policy and practices across the services to reflect improvements. To undertake compliance audits and inspections across the services and ensure actions are taken to mitigate for risks and make necessary improvements. To co-ordinate learning and development activities for Managers with regards to regulatory compliance.Key tasksSupport Managers and staff to understand quality management and implement changes to policy and practices. Supporting and assisting senior managers in the delivery of a high-quality service by Using a measured approach to develop quality at local level through use of the risk register and/Continuous Action Plans and other quality tools as per company protocol. Work alongside Registered Managers to highlight service deficiencies, non-conformities, and risk, providing support to develop action plans to rectify.
