Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

to join our London team. This role offers the opportunity to operate strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of our workforce.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy and Planning

Lead the design and delivery of a best-in-class talent acquisition strategy, encompassing attraction, selection, and appointment, with support from the Head of Talent.

Translate business growth objectives into proactive workforce planning and long-term talent acquisition strategies.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with future workforce needs across the UK market.

Lead strategic talent acquisition projects to support business growth and transformation.

Stakeholder and Relationship Management

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, influencing and coaching them on hiring best practices, inclusive interviewing, and market insights.

Build excellent relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring alignment of talent needs with business goals.

Collaborate with the wider People team to integrate recruitment with onboarding, retention, and development initiatives.

Candidate Experience and Process Excellence

Ensure a seamless, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies and legislation.

Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment cycle.

Talent Attraction and Employer Branding

Drive innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple channels.

Act as a Brand Ambassador for Thérapie Clinic, promoting our reputation for excellence and vibrant culture.

Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer branding across social media, job boards, and career platforms.

Data-Driven Recruitment and Reporting

Use recruitment analytics and insights to inform hiring strategies, shape campaigns, and improve efficiency.

Monitor and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 12 months of people management experience, with proven ability to mentor, coach, and drive performance in a team.

Experience leading and contributing to strategic talent acquisition projects.

Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels.

Proficient in using ATS systems, job boards, and social media sourcing.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Commercially minded, with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business priorities.

A proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative, can-do approach.
