Clinical Psychologist Hertfordshire Full-Time An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Psychologist to join a specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) within an inpatient setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention for young people presenting with complex emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for young people. Develop psychological formulations to inform care and treatment planning. Provide consultation and support to multidisciplinary colleagues. Undertake risk assessments and contribute to clinical decision-making. Deliver individual, group, and family-based interventions where appropriate. Support service evaluation, audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and outcome measures. Candidate Requirements Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent recognised qualification). Registration with an appropriate professional regulatory body. Experience working with children and adolescents in mental health settings. Strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
