CFO – PE backed professional services business.Location: LondonFinatal is partnering with a private equity-backed, professional services business seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help drive its next phase of growth.The company currently operates at £5m EBITDA, with a clear trajectory to double this to £10m EBITDA in the coming years through organic growth. The business is at a mid-cycle stage, with the professionalisation and restructuring already complete. The incoming CFO will focus on strengthening the business function both commercially and financially while driving growth and positioning the company for a successful exit.The incoming CFO will lead and maintain the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and controls, while driving cash flow management, debt structuring, and capital expenditure planning to support growth.Responsibilities
