We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Building Refurbishment Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction sites. The role involves managing on-site staff, subcontractors, resources, schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.Monitor project progress against schedule and budget; prepare and submit regular reports.Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.Resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during construction.Liaise with construction/project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth communication.Oversee procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards on site.Mentor, train, and evaluate staff performance to build a strong site team.Qualifications

SMSTS, certificationProven experience as a Site Manager/Site Supervisor in construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Proficiency with IT skills.Valid safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, First Aid) are an advantage.Key Attributes
