This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong inspection background and hands-on experience programming CMM equipment within a precision engineering environment. The Role As a CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting precision-engineered components to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. You''ll play a key role in maintaining product quality through accurate inspection and measurement techniques. Key Responsibilities Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspection of precision-engineered components. Inspect parts against engineering drawings and customer specifications. Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, height gauges and a variety of gauges. Program and operate CMM machines. Program and use various vision inspection systems. Complete inspection reports and quality documentation accurately. Identify and report non-conforming products. Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
