Job Title: Site Manager - Office Refurbishment & Asset Replacement

Location: Crewe
Contract Length: 12 Weeks

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a short-term contract. You will be working with a government agency managing an office refurbishment project and overseeing an asset replacement scheme in Crewe.

This role is crucial in ensuring that these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage office refurbishment and asset replacement projects from initiation through to completion.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, government standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of work.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Address any issues or risks that may arise during the course of the project.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Site management, particularly in office refurbishment and/or asset replacement.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different locations.
Familiarity with government or public sector project delivery.

Duration: 12 weeks
Inside IR35 - Paid via PAYE Umbrella
Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Site based Qualifications will be required including CITB SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card.
