TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning FM Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Site Manager to join a Commercial M&E project in Worcester. 

We have 32 flats, as well as plant room sand internal HIU's to replace. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the installation of ground source heat pumps.
• Manage all M&E labour on site.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and clients including frequent updates on the progress of the project.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay £260 Per day CIS.
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Relevant mechanical trade background (NVQ)
• SMSTS
• First-Aid
• Temporary works certificate (desired)
