Description Leadership and Team Development Manage and mentor a team of Client and Property accountants, including qualified and part qualified (up to 14)Set objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Ensure professional growth and succession planning within the team. Financial Strategy and Control Advise the Board on financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.Oversee preparation of statutory accounts, service charge budgets, and year-end reconciliations.Implement robust financial controls and cost-saving initiatives. Client Accounting and Compliance Management of clients, acting as escalation point for complex service charge and lease-related queries.Ensure Service Charge reconciliations are completed, timely and to high standard across the team.Maintain accurate records and support audits.
