This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable and prestigious establishment, and you will providing high quality administrative support to the Principal of the establishment across a range of their responsibilities. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of up to £41.5k plus a generous benefits package. The Role Diary management for the principal and senior management team when required, ensuring coordination of high profile visits, organisational, academic and personal commitments, including working across different time zones Managing the principals office inbox and handling telephone calls Drafting correspondence on behalf of the principal Organising the Principals travel, including visa''s, liasing with contacts overseas and scheduling Attending meetings and acting as note taker, when required- ensuring the Principal is fully briefed as required and has relevant papers for meetings The Ideal CandidatePrevious PA/EA experience, ideally within an educational setting such as a school or university setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and proactive attitude High levels of Discretion and confidentiality Excellent Microsoft Office skills The Benefits The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team ..... full job details .....
